Coesia took its full strength in pharmaceutical and healthcare automation to Pharmintech 2025, held alongside Ipac-Ima in Milan from 27 to 30 May. The group showcased a portfolio of technologies from across its companies—Enflex, FlexLink, G.D, GF, Hapa and Norden—emphasizing innovation in device assembly, digitalization, late-stage customization, and overall process integrity.

Under the theme ‘Automation Evolution – The New Era of Industrial Production,” Coesia demonstrated how its solutions address the pharmaceutical sector’s increasing demand for precision, compliance and operational flexibility.

Technology highlights at Pharmintech 2025:

  • Enflex launched the PH-28, a GMP-compliant horizontal form-fill-seal pouch machine capable of handling powders, liquids, tablets, and pellets. With 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, integrated contamination control, and space for batch coding and inspection equipment, the machine offers full traceability and user-friendly operation. Its hygienic design and ergonomic features make it ideal for regulated environments.
  • FlexLink presented a Pen Robotic Handling solution, incorporating spiral conveyors and the RC12 collaborative robot. The system is tailored for medical devices and ensures gentle, accurate handling through modular, compact automation.
  • G.D and GF showcased the PAM (Pharma Assembling Machine) platform for injection pen assembly. Combining robotics and electromechanical systems, PAM supports tray, reel or bulk-fed components and can be scaled from semi-automated to fully integrated setups—offering flexibility for growing production demands.
  • Hapa demonstrated its blisterjet agile digital printer for late-stage customization of sealed pharmaceutical blisters. Capable of spot or full-colour printing on aluminum and mono-materials, it also features integrated vision systems to ensure accuracy—supporting both traceability and sustainability.
  • Norden reinforced its leadership in tube-filling solutions, with systems suited for OTC and sterile pharmaceutical products. Known for its compliance with EU GMP Annex 1, Norden’s precision filling capabilities make it a trusted option for high-performance, hygienic manufacturing.

Coesia Group has established a strong presence in India, serving the region’s growing demand for advanced industrial and packaging automation. The company’ India headquarters is in Chakan, Pune.
