In partnership with Stanford University and its Stanford Healthcare Innovation Lab, Times Higher Education (THE) will bring the first-ever Digital Health 2024 event on 28 and 29 February 2024 at Li Ka Shing Center for Learning and Knowledge, Stanford University. The event will bring together senior leaders from across digital health to improve global health outcomes

“Digital Health 2024 brings together the most innovative thinkers in tech, academia, the public sector, and NGOs to explore how to use digital technologies to solve some of the world’s greatest health challenges. We’re delighted to be hosting the event at Stanford University, a super partner for the vital conversations taking place across the event,” said Charlotte Coles, THE’s director of global events.

With the theme of ‘Accelerating health innovation through academic-industry partnerships’, the global event brings together those working for big tech, government, NGOs, and academia to enable conversations that will set out the sector’s challenges and identify how different industries can collaborate to develop effective solutions.

There will be more than 40 speakers, 20 sessions, and 250 attendees from higher education, healthcare providers, the public sector, health technology, and pharma.

The various themes for the event include New technologies for remote monitoring; The future of telehealth and digital medicine, and Revolutionizing data management for healthcare

“Big data and AI will be essential for tracking your health and guideline everything you do in your lifestyle, the foods you eat, your exercise and sleep, and the timing of these activities. Digital Health 2024 is not just an event – it’s a platform for collaboration, inspiration, and forging connections that will reverberate far beyond these discussions. Together, we have the power to shape the future of healthcare and revolutionize how we approach well-being, ” said Michael Snyder, faculty director, Stanford Healthcare Innovation Lab.
