India’s science-based Ayurveda Company Dabur India announced a mega social initiative for ambulance drivers. Dabur has announced to set up Dabur Rheumatil massage camps for the ambulance drivers inside the prominent hospitals in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.
Under the campaign, ‘Rheumatil Ke Saath Har Pal Tyar Hum’, Dabur has collaborated with Dial 108 and Dial 102 to provide free massage to ambulance drivers inside the prominent hospitals in 7 cities of Uttar Pradesh – Meerut, Ghaziabad, Agra, Kanpur, Lucknow, Prayagraj, Varanasi and 3 cities of Bihar – Patna, Muzzafarpur, and Purnia.
Dabur campaign dedicated to selfless service of ambulance drivers
Dabur India Marketing head-Ethicals Dr Durga Prasad said, “First of all on behalf of Dabur Family, we would like to thank the ambulance drivers for their 24/7 services for us. In spite of several problems, they leave no stone unturned to bring the patients to the hospitals on time. Ambulance drivers work day and night to make sure that patients reach hospitals. They are always there with the patients’ families when they are in panic and looking for beds. This shows the emotions and responsibility of the drivers for the patients and their families in the critical time.
“Apart from the emotional pain of looking at people losing their loved ones, they also go through immense physical pain in the legs, ankles, joints, and back. Keeping this in mind and to honor the ambulance drivers for their dedicated service for us, we have launched ‘Rheumatil Ke Saath Har Pal Tyar Hum’ campaign to provide free Massage to Ambulance Drivers.”
The hospitals in Uttar Pradesh where the services are available are Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College – Meerut, District Hospital – Ghaziabad, District Hospital – Agra, Kashi Ram Hospital And Dama Centre – Kanpur, Community Health Centre – Lucknow, District Hospital – Prayagraj, CMO Office – Varanasi.
The hospitals in Bihar where the services are available are Nalanda Medical College & Hospital – Patna, Sadar Hospital – Muzaffarpur, District Hospital – Purnia.
“As part of the campaign, Dabur Rheumatil will also provide free massage to patients and the nursing staff. The massage therapists will take care of all the precautions including sanitization and wearing masks during the service. I would also like to thank Dial 108 and Dial 102 Teams for their support in this initiative. We are excited to be a part of this social cause,” Dr Prasad added.
