Edtech platform TimesPro has collaborated with healthcare recruitment company IFAN Global and healthcare tech startup Jobizo to provide new-age skill sets and placements to nurses in the United Kingdom across the National Health Service (NHS) Hospitals to utilize them on a global stage.

The nurses will be trained with the Certificate in Occupational English for Nurses for opportunities in the United Kingdom and placed across NHS Group of Hospitals. The government-run NHS hospitals are highly reputed institutions that will provide the desired platform for Indian nurses to pivot their careers while experiencing an enriching and enterprising work culture with excellent wages to lead a better life. Nurses can expect a starting salary of £23,949 p.a. (Rs. 23,85,650 approx. on Rupee conversion), the company said in a statement.

The extensive four-month program in Certificate in Occupational English for Nurses will equip nurses with a seamless transition and blend with the working environment in the United Kingdom. TimesPro will help the candidates develop skillsets to clear the IELTS or OET examinations along with relevant training via its Interactive Learning (IL) platform and delivered in Direct-to-Device (D2D) mode. During the program, they will receive counseling and training from competent faculty with over 20 years of experience. 

TimesPro along with Jobizo will provide training for clearing CBT and help in NMC Registration and assessment. In addition to that, their experts will help nurses in NHS prepare for interviews. TimesPro has created customized solutions for aspiring nurses to provide quality, trusted, and friendly services with a professional approach ensuring transparency in the United Kingdom.

The nurses will be provided work visas by NHS, immigration support, and accommodation for the initial three months. According to NHS Digital data in England, there are 1,226,677 nursing staff, with NHS employing 1.4 million people, making it the largest employer in Europe. According to NHS data, there are currently over 360,000 nursing roles available.
